A signed version of the classic unisex “YOU’RE NOT BORING*, I’VE GOT ADHD” T-shirt, in white with grey lettering.

The T-shirt comes with a written personal message of your choice from James, Alex and/or Mrs ADHD written in indelible ink on the rear of the t-shirt*, as well as with a free ‘The ADHD Adults’ vinyl sticker and a handwritten note from whichever one of us has the executive function to write one (probably Mrs ADHD, if we’re honest)**.

Washing Instructions: Machine wash warm. Inside out, with like colours. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry medium. Do not iron if decorated. Do not dry clean
